About Us

Chef Colin started his cooking journey when he joined SHATEC and was attached to Pan Pacific hotel for training. Subsequently, he left and joined a Chinese fusion private fine dining restaurant — Xi Yan. His culinary adventures have led to extensive experience instructing and introducing expatriates to both local and Southeast Asian cuisines, helping others start their F&B businesses, and assisting in food preparation for private functions and events.

Along his culinary career, Colin has discovered his passion in imparting knowledge and skills to others and has since gone through courses to become a certified trainer.

Chef Colin is a licensed tour guide in Singapore and is one of the finalists in the Singapore Tourism Awards 2019 for Best Customer Service under the Tourist Guide category. He can’t wait to bring you on a unique market tour to share the different interesting spices, food knowledge, cooking methods, as well as the sights and sounds of our local market scene — sharing tips on finding the freshest ingredients so you can bring them back to our culinary studio for cooking!
